A personal 360-feedback tool built for the individual, not the employer. No ratings, no scores, never visible to your boss.
The requester builds open-ended questions around a focus area, invites givers by email, and each answers through a private link — no account needed. Responses land in a quiet reading space rather than a metrics dashboard: star what resonates (Gems), note what it stirs up (Reflections), name the patterns (Themes). An Action Planner turns one or two ideas into if-then implementation intentions, a technique shown to roughly double follow-through.
Built solo on Node.js, Express 5, node-cron and Alpine.js, deployed on Render. There is no build step, deliberately — it keeps a one-person pilot fast to change. Anonymity, authorization, and deadline rules are enforced server-side, never in the client, and the whole flow went through an adversarial security review before the pilot opened.
Fifteen years in people analytics taught me that most feedback tools serve the organization and rarely the person. This is the tool I wanted to hand people.
