Web development, data analysis, and organizational consulting.

Hi, I'm Victor. I build websites, web apps, and digital marketing campaigns for small businesses. Before that I spent 15 years at L'Oréal, Qualcomm, and Nike doing management consulting work. The technical side and the human side are usually treated as separate problems — most of my work is making them fit together.
