Privacy policy
Last updated: 2 September 2026
This site belongs to Victor Dumeige, who works independently in web development, data analysis and organizational consulting. This page explains what information is collected, what it is used for, and how to have it deleted.
What I collect
When you fill in the contact form I receive your name, your email address and, if you choose to include them, your phone number, business type and the message you write. Those fields are the only ones sent and the only ones stored.
When you visit the site, ordinary technical data is collected: pages viewed, approximate country, device type, browser and the site you arrived from. It does not include your name or your exact address.
What I use it for
Form information is used only to reply to you and, if you hire me, to do the work. I do not use it to send you advertising or newsletters, and I do not sell it or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.
Browsing data is used to understand which pages are useful and to measure whether advertising campaigns work.
Analytics and advertising
This site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads. Both set cookies in your browser to recognise repeat visits and to attribute a visit to an ad. Google processes that information under its own privacy policy.
You can block or delete these cookies from your browser settings. The site works normally if you do.
Who it is shared with
The site is hosted on Netlify, which also processes form submissions and keeps a copy. Google receives the analytics and advertising data described above. I do not share your information with anyone else.
How long it is kept
I keep form messages for as long as the conversation is relevant and, if we work together, for as long as my accounting obligations require. You can ask me to delete them sooner.
Your rights
You can ask me for a copy of the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Write to vdumeige@gmail.com and I will respond within thirty days.
Changes
If this policy changes I will update the date shown above. Earlier versions are not archived publicly.
