I am Victor Dumeige. I spent fifteen years at L’Oréal, Qualcomm and Nike before moving to building websites and campaigns for small businesses. I hold a master’s in Data Analytics from Oregon State and I work in English, Spanish and French. There is no sales team and no middleman: the person you talk to is the person who builds your site.

What people usually ask
How much does a website cost?
A starter site is $499 and a business site starts at $890. Booking, payments, a catalog or a second language are quoted separately, and you always know the full price before we start.
How long does it take?
It depends on the size of the site. You get a delivery date in writing in the quote, before we start.
Can you add booking or payments to my site?
Yes. I integrate online booking and card payments through Stripe or PayPal. It is quoted separately from the base site, and you know the cost before anything starts.
What do you need from me?
Your logo if you have one, photos of the business, and a sense of what you want to say. If the text is not written yet, I help you put it together.
Are the domain and hosting included?
I help you set them up and they stay in your name, paid by you directly to the provider. I do not take a cut.
Do you run Google Ads too?
Yes. I manage Google Ads and SEO for clients in the United States and in Costa Rica, in English and Spanish. It is quoted separately from the site.
Do you also run Facebook and Instagram ads?
Yes. Meta ads work well for offers, seasons and events, and I set them up with the same tracking as the site so you can see what they bring in. Quoted separately from the site.
Can you update my existing site instead of rebuilding it?
Often, yes. Send me the address and I’ll tell you honestly what’s worth fixing and what isn’t. A refresh is usually faster and cheaper than starting over, and you get a fixed quote either way.
Where are you based?
I am a US citizen living in Costa Rica. I work in English, Spanish and French, and I am in your time zone.
